Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFAP2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,805 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFAP2E-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYM1, GNRH1, and STK36. Each is linked with TFAP2E in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2E-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2E versus ZMYM1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
