TFAP2E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFAP2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,469 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TFAP2E in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2E-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by TFAP2E-low versus TFAP2E-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
