Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFAP2E mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,076 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFAP2E-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIK3, ANKS1B, and ALPK3. Each is linked with TFAP2E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2E-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIK3 grouped by TFAP2E-low versus TFAP2E-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
