Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,071 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFAP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, CENPF, and KIF14. Each is linked with TFAP2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2C versus CDC20 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
