TFAP2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1198P, LINC02136, and CDADC1. Each is linked with TFAP2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1198P grouped by TFAP2C-low versus TFAP2C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
