Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFAP2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,078 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Morula formation, Inner cell mass cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with TFAP2C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2C results are reported.
