Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,985 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of tissue polarity, Obsolete histone H4-K16 acetylation, and Peptidyl-lysine methylation. Each is linked with TFAP2B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2B-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2B results are reported.
