Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,147 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, PRRX1, and PLXNC1. Each is linked with TFAM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAM-to-partner and partner-to-TFAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAM versus DCN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
