Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP405, LINC02559, and KMT2B. Each is linked with TFAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAM-to-partner and partner-to-TFAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP405 grouped by TFAM-low versus TFAM-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
