Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,178 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, IFT122, and IFT140. Each is linked with TEX9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX9-to-partner and partner-to-TEX9 results are reported.
