Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 815 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERICH3, TCTN1, and RSPH14. Each is linked with TEX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX9-to-partner and partner-to-TEX9 results are reported.
