Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,545 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM41A, CCP110, and NCAN. Each is linked with TEX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX9-to-partner and partner-to-TEX9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX9 versus TMEM41A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
