Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TEX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX9-to-partner and partner-to-TEX9 results are reported.
