TEX9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OC90, ECE2, and CLEC4F. Each is linked with TEX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX9-to-partner and partner-to-TEX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OC90 grouped by TEX9-low versus TEX9-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
