The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TEX55 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and OV are the cancer types where TEX55 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
