Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,157 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PELP1, UMPS, and KIF21A_S1239. Each is linked with TEX55 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX55-to-partner and partner-to-TEX55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX55 versus PELP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
