Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,288 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX55-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Protein acetylation. Each is linked with TEX55 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX55-to-partner and partner-to-TEX55 results are reported.
