Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX55 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX55-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMPK_alpha, Bax, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TEX55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX55-to-partner and partner-to-TEX55 results are reported.
