TEX55

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX55-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4A15, CD93, and GREB1. Each is linked with TEX55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX55-to-partner and partner-to-TEX55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4A15 grouped by TEX55-low versus TEX55-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
