TEX55

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX55-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP7A1, RBMY1A1, and OR2T7. Each is linked with TEX55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX55-to-partner and partner-to-TEX55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP7A1 grouped by TEX55-low versus TEX55-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
