Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 434 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX44-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6085, RNA5SP507, and RNU6-937P. Each is linked with TEX44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX44-to-partner and partner-to-TEX44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6085 grouped by TEX44-low versus TEX44-high in UCEC.
