Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX44 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX44-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC1, mTOR, and AMPK_alpha. Each is linked with TEX44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX44-to-partner and partner-to-TEX44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSC1 grouped by TEX44-low versus TEX44-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
