The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TEX43 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where TEX43 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
