Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX41 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TEX41 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TEX41 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where TEX41 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
