TEX36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX36-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, GAPDH, and N-Ras. Each is linked with TEX36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX36-to-partner and partner-to-TEX36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TEX36-low versus TEX36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
