Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 650 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Organelle inheritance, and Golgi inheritance. Each is linked with TEX36 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX36-to-partner and partner-to-TEX36 results are reported.
