TEX36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX36 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,593 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX36-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRP, CBX5, and NXPE1. Each is linked with TEX36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX36-to-partner and partner-to-TEX36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABRP grouped by TEX36-low versus TEX36-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
