Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TEX33 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TEX33 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, THYM, and COAD are the cancer types where TEX33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
