Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TEX30 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher TEX30 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SARC and UCEC are the cancer types where TEX30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
