Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL492P, LLPHP1, and TRGJP. Each is linked with TEX30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX30-to-partner and partner-to-TEX30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL492P grouped by TEX30-low versus TEX30-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
