Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,203 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and Negative regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with TEX30 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX30-to-partner and partner-to-TEX30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by TEX30-low versus TEX30-high in OESOPHAGUS.
