Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHCGR, ELOA3DP, and FGF3. Each is linked with TEX30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX30-to-partner and partner-to-TEX30 results are reported.
