Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,018 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, CRTAP, and DENND2B. Each is linked with TEX29 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX29-to-partner and partner-to-TEX29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX29 versus SERPINH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
