TEX29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX29-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-65P, THRAP3P3, and RN7SL97P. Each is linked with TEX29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX29-to-partner and partner-to-TEX29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-65P grouped by TEX29-low versus TEX29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
