Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX264 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,942 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX264-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, MPDZ, and AKT3. Each is linked with TEX264 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX264-to-partner and partner-to-TEX264 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX264 versus PPP1R12B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX264→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX264) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
