TEX264

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX264 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX264-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ACC1. Each is linked with TEX264 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX264-to-partner and partner-to-TEX264 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TEX264-low versus TEX264-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX264→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX264) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
