TEX264

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX264 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,230 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX264-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD14B, SPCS1, and ACY1. Each is linked with TEX264 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX264-to-partner and partner-to-TEX264 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX264 versus ABHD14B in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX264→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX264) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
