TEX22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, ACIN1, and TCEAL4. Each is linked with TEX22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX22-to-partner and partner-to-TEX22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
