TEX22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,818 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX22-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLI4, SCNN1D, and ZNF425. Each is linked with TEX22 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX22-to-partner and partner-to-TEX22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
