TEX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TACO1, TEX2_S295, and TEX2_S790. Each is linked with TEX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX2 versus TACO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
