Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO2A, CCDC47, and FTSJ3. Each is linked with TEX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX2 versus CORO2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
