Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-155P, UTP11, and SNORD66. Each is linked with TEX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX2 results are reported.
