TEX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,697 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAT7, DCAF7, and TACO1. Each is linked with TEX2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX2 versus KAT7 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
