Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Mitochondrion localization, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with TEX2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation grouped by TEX2-low versus TEX2-high in LIVER.
