TEX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 201 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC10A2, GZMK, and HTR3D. Each is linked with TEX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A2 grouped by TEX2-low versus TEX2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
