TEX19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, A-Raf_pS299, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with TEX19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX19-to-partner and partner-to-TEX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by TEX19-low versus TEX19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
