Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,320 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S121, HDGFL3, and CLINT1. Each is linked with TEX14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX14-to-partner and partner-to-TEX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX14 versus DDX21_S121 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
