Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASAH1, SULT2A1, and LRRC31. Each is linked with TEX14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX14-to-partner and partner-to-TEX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX14 versus ASAH1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.95.
