Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Cyclin-B1, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with TEX14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX14-to-partner and partner-to-TEX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by TEX14-low versus TEX14-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
