Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,422 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA19, DUSP29, and C10orf62. Each is linked with TEX14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX14-to-partner and partner-to-TEX14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA19 grouped by TEX14-low versus TEX14-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
